getLastChecksumAndDataLen

public ChunkChecksum getLastChecksumAndDataLen()
                                        throws IOException

gets the last chunk checksum and the length of the block corresponding to that checksum. Note, need to be called with the FsDataset lock acquired. May improve to lock only the FsVolume in the future.
